Our latest design works with the principle of separation with the 3-product cyclone, which is the most widely used and considered the latest technology today.
The cyclone separates clean coal, intermediate products and waste in one go, so the operation procedure becomes very simple and the total investment amount is considerably reduced. The amount of product is easily adjustable.
Since gravity-fed cyclones are used, the raw coal is fed by gravity over the cyclone without any pump.
Another feature is the waste outlet is close to the coal feed inlet: too much movement of the waste in the cyclone is prevented, and the dispersal of the waste is prevented.
A Filter Press is used to minimize environmental conditions and water consumption.
A Coal Drying Oven is installed in the facility so that the washed coals coming out of the facility reaches higher calories.
